I was a little skeptical about this but was referred by a friend, after working out with Mr. Daniels, my life completely did a 180 degree turn for the better. I had more energy, lost 7 pounds of body fat and re-found my sex drive with my wife! Needless to say, she enjoys the slimmer, fitter Stan. I can only give high praises to Mr. Daniels and his program, as I find it hard to motivate myself to workout, but with his guidance and knowledge, I have referred 3 of my friends who have signed up for the next sessions.

I just completed my 2nd Boot Camp and I feel EXTREMELY ENERGIZED!! Before participating in this experience I was NO where near fit, often felt LETHARGIC, and had NO drive to exercise at ALL!!! On day one of Boot Camp, Hippy Hill at the Miller Outdoor Theater, seemed like an insurmountable Mountain. However, I am pleased to report that at the end of my experience I was able to conquer not only Hippy Hill, but have successfully tackled my nutrition and increased my endurance level. SMOOCHES and KUDOS to the best Boot Camp Instructor (Isaac) and our very own Personal Cheerleader (Precious) for your patience, motivation, and encouragement during each and EVERY session!!!!

The class was challenging and sometimes hard, but I enjoyed every bit of it. It taught me lots of techniques which will be utilized from this time forth. I enjoyed Isaac's teachings and Precious was a great motivator. Great bootcamp and I'll join again.

I've never done anything like this. This program is challenging, but definitely beneficial. I'm proud of myself enduring the process. You are taught many exercises and tips that can carry you through life leading to a stronger/healthier you. It's a must-do to encourage a healthier lifestyle. And you always feel welcome and amongst friends during this program. We have all truly bonded as a team.
